We offer a full install solution carried out by Safe-Electric approved and fully insured contractors. We offer great flexibility to ensure we cause minimum disruption onsite, in many cases working after hours and weekends.

Any changes that need to be made to a clean room environment can prove extremely to a company if production needs to be halted even for a short period of time. So changing lighting in these areas is rarely carried out no matter what the potential energy saving. With this in mind we have developed a bespoke LED insert that we can have made to measure, to fit into any existing cleanroom light fitting including top or bottom opening.  This way we can upgrade the fittings to LED without removing the existing light bodies which causes dust and debris to contaminate the area if disturbed. We have carried this service out for many clients and it has saved them massively in down time and kilowatt hour savings. All components are European made with 5 year warranties which ensures maintenance of the fittings is kept to a minimum into the future.

As part of our service we provide onsite energy audits to properly access what savings are possible for your premises. We will advise you as to which lights are costing the most to run and also which fittings don’t make economic sense to upgrade due to low runs hours for example.

We supply a range of European made Atex & Hazardous in all grades. These fittings are used in the areas where flammable gases are a consideration for example petro/chemical plants, Drinks Distillery’s etc.
