An autonomous anti-collision system that avoids work accidents related to operational blindness, blind spots, forklifts, and other MHE or cranes.
Pedestrian Safety
The system ALIS Shield increases pedestrian safety and actively protects the pedestrian towards the forklift accidents in blind spots, busy intersections, and regular traffic in operations. The pedestrian is equipped with a personal tag that wirelessly communicates with the vehicle tag.
The pedestrian is actively alerted to potential dangers by vibration, acoustic or optoacoustic signal. When the pedestrian is in a hazardous situation, the predefined action starts (ex. autonomous slowing down of the MHE, closing of the gate and magnetic lock, projection of the safety sign or other wanted safety actions).

Forklift Anti-Collision
According to OSHA, up to 70 % of forklift accidents can be prevented by a higher level of safety.
The ALIS Shield eliminates the blind spots in operation and autonomously invokes the required predefined actions like autonomous deceleration of the MHE against the other MHE, towards the pedestrians, and in critical/frequent zones.
The ALIS Shield is fully compatible with projection marking. The projection of the safety symbol is triggered by the motion of the MHE. The system is designed for all-electric MHE manufacturers and to be transferable from the fleet to the fleet.

One of the most common sites for forklift accidents is warehouse doors, as drivers frequently fail to allow adequate time for the doors to open, collide with the doors or other objects while traveling through.
The ALIS Shield activates electronic devices such as warehouse doors, gates, barriers, and the LED projectors for safety symbol projection, etc. To increase the level of safety in operation, the ALIS Shield supports the feature of speed presetting in predefined zones (indoor/outdoor). The forklift autonomously slows down to a maximum predefined speed when moving the zone.

EOT Crane Anti-Collision System
The crane anti-collision system is designed to timely warn the pedestrians and MHE from the collision with a moving burden carried by Electric Overhead Traveling cranes (EOT). The system interactively warns pedestrians or MHE on exceeding the hazardous zone near the suspended load. ALIS Shield can either invoke the vibration of a personal tag or visually alerts the forklift driver inside the cabin or project safety sign bounding the load.
