Operational Blindness
The floor marking done by the LED projection, avoids operational blindness by the smart activation of the LED projector, illuminating the safety symbol. Technology is fully connectable to anti-collision system. The predefined motions (ex. of a truck, crane, other MHE, or pedestrian) triggers the projector. The safety sign is visible only in case of potential danger. The symbol can either blink, pulse or shine non-stop to increase the level of safety.

Crane Safety
The ALIS Visualization is designed to mark the hazardous zone around the suspended load. The projector is placed on the top of the crane and illuminates the safety symbol around the suspended load. The key benefit of the projection marking is in a movement with the sign, together with a suspended load. The sign is impossible to overlook or cover by a load. The LED projection is an innovative method of old-fashioned painted signs like “Do not walk under the suspended load”. The crane safety can be extended by an EOT anti-collision system.

Smart Parabolic Mirror
The built-in LED projector into the parabolic mirror eliminates the disadvantage of the passive character. The LED projector is triggered by the motion of subjects involved in the intersection. A safety symbol blinks, pulses, or shines to the forklift driver or pedestrian point of view. The system of the smart parabolic mirror is designed to be upgraded with light LED beacons that signalize the direction of subjects at the intersection.

Industrial Floor Marking
The projection marking is effective and from a long perspective a cheaper way of industrial floor marking done by painting or stickers.
Advantages of the LED technology are the impossibility to overlay the safety sign, the possibility to illuminate the symbol in hard-to-reach places, and the impossibility to destroy or damage the sign. The industrial LED projector illuminates the safety symbols on a different kind of floor.
